| APPC declared the results of the Second extra ordinary General Assembly Meeting which was held on the 05/03/1430 - 02/03/2009 in the APPC Dammam Office. The meeting addressed and decided on the following topics: (1) The Board of Director’s agreed to the report for yearend 2008, (2) they also approved the financial statements and the Auditor Report for the yearend 2008, (3) and they accepted the selection of the external auditor for the yearend 2009, (4) and they agreed to the clearance of the board members for the yearend 2008, (5) furthermore they approved APPC board members’ additional benefits for fiscal yearend 2008, (6) and also approved company’s new name - Advanced Petrochemical Company - in accordance to clause 2 of the company’s bylaws. |
