APPC's Board of Directors would like to invite all share holders with 20 shares and more to attend the Second General Assembly Meeting to be held on the 05/03/1430 - 02/03/2009 at 6:30 PM in the APPC Dammam Office. The meeting will address the following topics: (1) Discussing the Board of Director’s report for yearend 2008, (2) Approving the financial statements and the Auditor Report for the yearend 2008, (3) Accepting selected external auditor for yearend 2009, (4) Clearance for the board members for the yearend 2008, (5) Approving APPC board members’ additional benefits for fiscal yearend 2008, (6) Approving company’s new name - Advanced Petrochemical Company - in accordance to clause 2 of the company’s bylaws.
All liable shareholders who cannot attend the meeting should send their representatives that are not member of boards or company’s employee or any technical or financial contractor assigned permanent work. This should be in written format and approved and stamped by Chamber of Commerce or any Saudi bank where the shares reside or Company of work or any government agency and should be submitted to the APPC office in Jubail three days prior to the meeting . Also, all share holders who desire to attend the meeting should bring their government ids and shares documents and recall that 50% of shares are required for general assembly meeting to be held.
